Tinuoye Numérique inc. operates this website under the Tinuoye Digital brand. This page explains the information used when you visit, contact us, book a call, or use the scorecard.

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, product context, release timeline, preferred engagement, and quality challenge. Additional context is optional. This information is used to respond, assess fit, prepare a discovery conversation, and manage the business relationship. Share only what is needed for that purpose.
Netlify hosts the website, processes and stores form submissions, applies spam filtering, and sends submission notifications to Tinuoye Digital’s email. Business email uses Google’s services. Booking a call opens Google Calendar, where Google processes the information you provide under its own privacy terms. These providers may process information outside Quebec or Canada.
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request details, and technical logs to deliver and protect the website. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser. The website does not currently load an analytics provider or advertising tracker, and does not use analytics cookies.
Scorecard answers and notes are calculated and held in the current browser page. They are not submitted to Tinuoye Digital or an analytics service and are cleared when the page is reloaded. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy under your control.
Contact hello@tinuoyedigital.com with questions or requests about information you have shared. You may ask to access, correct, or delete it, or withdraw consent for future use. Information may need to be retained for an ongoing business relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial request.
